Refund policy

If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or we accidentally ship you the wrong item, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

Because every item is custom-pressed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the incorrect size or buyer's remorse. Please check our sizing charts carefully before entering the wormhole!

To be eligible for a defect replacement, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that certain limited-run drops or "Limited Glitch" items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

To report an issue, contact us at orders@crackedbanana.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the defect.
